Hi,
I have lot of video cds from India which are very poor quality. I have a hard time playing those even in my computer. They are all in PAL format. I tried playing these video cds in different players Sony, Panasonic and none of them would accept the cd. I converted the video from PAL to NTSC and burnt a video cd with no luck. After going through this forum, I bought an APEX AD-703 but even that didn't work. I took a chance an bought APEX AD-660. To my surprise, I was able to play the video cd I burnt but the biggest surprise was even the video cd in PAL, I could play all my video cds.
If you have PAL video cd or pooe quality video cd, the answer to your prayer is APEX AD-660.
Thanks to every one who participated in this forum. This is a wonderful source of information.
