    Can anybody help, When I try to record a VCD or SVCD from my DVD to my video it comes out black and white. I have a Pacific DVD-750, connected to my video via scart, I have tried pal and ntsc VCD's but neither work, my video records DVD's fine and if i play VCD's via the AUX output on the video they play fine, but they dont record properly. the VCD's are ones converted from DIVX. Anybody got any idea?

    I would doulbe check the scart connector. Sounds like you have been thourough.
