    that emulates the control-alt-delete function in win98

    see, my alt key doesn't work.

    i need to be able to close programs that aren't responding.

    You might want to buy another keyboard. They are pretty damn cheap.

    Keyboards usually have 2 ALT keys so if one breaks you still have another left.
