Hi,
I've always been confused by something. This site lists bit rates at which various DVD players are known to work. For example, my Panasonic RV-31K is listed at 2500kbit/s.
Does this bit rate mean just the video rate or does it include the audio that's multiplexed in?
Also, if you're encoding with CCE, there are Max and MaxAvg parameters. Do both settings have to remain below your DVD player's limit in order to work? Or maybe just the MaxAvg since occasional high bitrate spikes wouldn't last long enough to overflow the player's buffer.
Any thoughts? Thanks!
Jeff
