  1. I'm using Dazzle to capture some old music videos to put on DVD. What should I use for my audio setting to get the best possible sound?

    best quality would be uncompressed PCM wave file 48 / 16

  3. Thanks for the reply. By making the sound files wavs, are my video files going to be super big? And if they are, will the sound quality be so much better that it is worth having the bigger sized files?

    hmm - yes they will be big .. but if you have the room that doesnt mater ...

    as to would it be something you can hear ? depends on a lot of factors ... there are some people who can swear they hear a differance by changing to a 1500$ power cable for thier amp (yes there are 1500$ US 2 meter power cables)

    but uncompressed is going to always win out over a compressed lossy format such as mpeg audio and ac3 .
