DVD Player ---- confusing problem???

I have a Sony S560D DVD player and it says on this site that it will play VCD's, but when I burnt one and tryed it in the player all it says is "No Disc"

Am I burning the CDs wrong (iam just using Nero) or will my sony just not play burnt cds??

I have a Sony 670D, and it says "NO DISC" if I try a gold CDR. It plays the green-blue ones just fine. I use NTI CD-Maker 2000 to burn them, tho.

Some players are very picky on what media you feed them. Sometimes CD-RW work better then CD-R's. Try media with a dye close to "silver". Dark green and blue dyes may not reflect enough.

I have the same DVD player and I have the exact same problem I've wasted over 50 CD trying 2 get this shit 2 work
