You do not need to convert your mpeg to vcd...as long as it is already a vcd compliant mpeg. That means that it is 352x240 mpeg1 1150 kbps and the audio is mpeg1 audio layer 2, 44.1 khz 224 kbps....to check this out use virtualdub. Open the mpeg file....then go down to file information.
IF it is not compliant let me know,,and I will try to help.
Nice to help someone else,,,,I had the same problem.
Hope it helps -
Thanx for the help..if my mpeg is already vcd compliant can i go ahead and burn it with hp cd writer or will i have to use nero??
