When I capture Video, the captured video runs faster than the normal speed, why ?
I use a Belkin External capture device, MGI's VideoWave III software and a P3 1300Ghz laptop with over 30G Harddisk. OS is XP. When I capture using Windows Movie Maker, it is ok.
