    Anyone know how I can edit audio on a video so that it plays with a greater volume. I am compiling a vcd of several video clips, but some don't have the same audio quality as other, being that they are softer, so I would like to know how I can make those files have a more similar sound.

    TMPGEnc, setting > Audio > Use audio edit > setting >

    Or use www.goldwave.com use Maximize, save as WAV
