    I just ripped harry potter with DVDx in svcd and burnt using Nero 5.5.5. The movie seems stretched or squashed when played on my Apex dvd player. The same when played on my PC.

    Any help would be appreciated

    You need to set input compression to "full - 4x3 and 16x9 input.
    That should do it.

    also, check that you have set the video sorce to the correct frame typr (Interlaces or Progressave) this does make a difference to resizeing, al make sure you are useing the correct aspect ratio for the sorce, NTSC or PAL, these also bake a big difference in resizeing.
