    i'm not sure =( but when i try to append vid, it jus says that one has a sampling rate of 19.38 and the other has 19.45

    That could be the frame rate....

    You can't append unless details are identical.
    TMPGE may be able to convert perhaps....not sure have'nt tried it.
    the standards are:
    25fps - Pal
    29.97fps - NTSC
    23.96fps - NTSC Film

    if its two different frame rates (odd frames rate you listed) you will have to re-render in a program like adobe premier or vegas video .. do the audio same time because otherwise it would be out as well ..
