I am new to VCD and I need help, please!

Ok, i just downloaded some VCD files, and I was wondering how do I access these files to watch them from my computer. I do not want to convert them to a disk, I just want to watch them. Please help me, I am so lost when it comes to this kind of stuff. I would appreciate any help that can be given to me. Thank you very much.

You should be able to open the files with isobuster if they are in .cue .bin format or use vcd gear which will convert the .dat file in the vcd to standard .mpeg which will be viewable through windows media player all these tools are available from the tools section of this very wonderful web site.
