Hi:
Previously, I have been successful in burning mpeg-1 and mpeg-2 files to VCD and SVCDs using VDCeasy. My understanding is that VCDeasy takes a mpeg-1 or mpeg-2 file, creates a .bin(and I assume cue) image, then burns the .bin image, using the information in the .cue file as a guide, onto a CD.
I downloaded a .bin and its corresponding .cue SVCD files, and an .nfo file that stated the SVCD has chapters. My question is, if I already have a .bin and .cue file, how do I burn a .bin file using VCDeasy? When burning to a CD, VCDeasy takes a mpeg as an input and creates a .bin image as an output file. However in this situation, I already have the output.
Under Settings-->CDRDAO Tools, there appears an option for "Burn a Cue or TOC CD Image". DO I simply load the .cue file then press burn? Do I have to do anything extra to ensure the chapter info is also burned? Or does the info in the .cue file ensure the chaper information is burned?
Finally, are .bin/.bue files the same as .bin/.cue image files? THe language seems a bit confusing.
Thx for reading

You are correct - just load the .cue file and burn; all the chapter info is contained in the .cue file.
You can also use other burning programs to burn bin/cue files - Nero and CDRWin work well. You can't fool me, I'm a moron! -
Using this method what is the best way to burn it to a DVD-R instead of a creating a VCD ?
Yes I am a newbie !
