I just found an easy way to locate bad frames, generated by HW Bridge Capture:
1. Save audiotrack to wave file
2. open wave with CoolEdit
3. Aply Scientific High Pass Filter cut at 15KHz to complete wave
4. View entire wave in wave-form view
5. You can see the location of the bad frames as peaks on the display
6. note the locations from the highest time in decreasing order
7. with your favourite Video-editor go to the locations, mark the frame(s) and cut.
