    I'm sure it's been asked, but i'm using tmpenc and all i can see is 2-pass vbr, how do i do 3 or 4 pass, automatically?...or do i have to do it manually for more?

    TMPGenc Standard and Plus, has only CBR, 1 and 2 Pass VBR only fuctions. A future version of TMPGEnc shall have a multipass vbr fuction (up to 20).
