Its just that this file doesnt seem to be playing. I convered it using TMPGEnc and EO. I've worked with Virtual Dub, I've trie dto burn the bin file, but it still doesn't play. It doesnt even read the disc. It jsut says no disc. Any ideas?

Are you sure the mpg is (S)VCD compliant?
If you've managed to create playable (S)VCD's in the past for your standalone dvd-player, then it mostlikely is caused by the mpeg which isn;'t wright.
Try re-encoding it, otherwise try a demux and mux using (S)VCD.
