I'm so unlucky that i cant get the channel with VirtualDub

i using this method to get channel ,Video > Source>Tv Turner >AutoTune
Is it correct to get the channel
And my status is locked , how can i unlocked it ?
i cant change the country too , when i tried to type other number , it will change back to 852

but cant see anything ...
but i can hear the sound with "SASASASA"

what can i do now ?
