tmpgenc problems help needed please?

i'm encoding a divx.avi i open it in tmpgenc and encode to mpeg2 with the kdvd template but i have also tried normal tmpgenc templates but the problem im getting is the video jerks anoyingly at different points every say 5 seconds on pc and both my dvd standalones

is there a program that will sort this out i have all my settings correct in tmpgenc

Your probably got a playback problem on the frame rate conversion, try matching the fps of the input to the output

Load VCD template, Load unlock template, change fps on output to match input, you can also try the 3:1 pull down.. But if your player wont play those disks this wont work.

thanks but tried all different fps

but i noticed when i put avi through wizard it enabled inverse telecine option so i tried it doing that and guess what it plays smooth now

what was wrong with the .avi then get a few like this not all

God knows what people make out there, I think sometimes they want you to watch it but not copy it !!
