Hi,
I recently posted about my Panasonic player not playing my home-burned VCD's properly. It played them in this slight slow motion. My settings for my VCD's (with TMPGENC) are the following:
MPEG-1 352x240 29.97 fps CBR 1152 kps Non-Interlace Progressive
Layer-2 48000 Hz stereo 192 kbps
Can the Panasonic not handle certain bitrates, like the standard bits per second is 1150 kps for a vcd, but I did 1152 kps. My burning software (Easy CD Creator Deluxe) tells me when it's too high for a VCD, so I thought it'd be okay. Is there any settings for the player that can be adjusted?
A friend tested it on his JVC player and it played fine. My VCD's also play normal on the computer off our DVD-ROM and CD-ROM's.
Any help would be greatly appreciated...
Thanks,
Kristin
