  1. I followed the how-to on vcdhelp.com on how to convert divx w/ac3 to vcd. but headac3he doesn't work on my PC for some reason. Is there anyother way I can convert ac3 to wav so I can make the movie a VCD. Would BeSweet work? What do I have to set in it?
    Thanx for your time.

Try to load the video into Gold Wave. If it does load, Save as a .wav file.
    Hello.

TMPGEnc handles AC3 with no problem, provided you have the AC3 codec installed.... And Vdub..

    Go get the codec

    Hi.
I dont know where do find it, but after I get it, it resolves all my problems with AC3 audio from divx.

the program is PX3 GUI AC3->WAV Converter Beta 0.0.4

Just a single exec and no complications.

extract the audio from the avi with VDUB as showed in VCDHELP guides...
with the audio file loaded is just convert... 8)

simple and eficient. but just do this. Convert AC3 to WAV.

    You may search for PX3Convert
    cya.

    P.S.
I forget to mention: the email that is in the reame file is: px3@gmx.de
May you ask for the program or link to it.

If that is the case, why not download "Vdub AC3" ?

    Xenogear900,
In reference to headac3he, most of the problems people encounter using it are caused by using the wrong dll's. If you take a look at the download page for headac3he you'll find that there are different dll's optimized for different processor types. Also the author of the program has modified most of these dll's, so for example grabbing the azid.dll from another program and copying it to the headac3he folder won't work. The dll's you need depend on the processor in your system and that's why their not included in the main program.
    Warning! I'm baaaaaaaaack
