I have a VCD but it is only the .BIN file, it did not come wth a .cue file. I just want to convert it to mpeg format, but VCDGear won't let me because there is no cue file. So do I have to make a cue file, if so how do I go about doing this?

Just load it up as an image file and then check the "burn as raw data" box. Works for me.

Or you can download ISOBUSTER from www.isobuster.com and used that to extract the MPEG from the BIN File.
