    I get chop really bad when i make a svcd using dvd2svcd can any 1 help me at all pls it just seems like it uses 23 frames and all that dont know need help very bad

    ntsc film is not svcd compliant.

    it has to be 29.97fps pulldown

    It should play perfectly on a pc - but anything does really!
