    Hi all. I'm looking to capture certain frames in my video in premiere so I can make a photoshop with some text on them, have them last for maybe 5 seconds in the timeline, and then have the video continue, I'm trying to give it the effect of freeze framing, text coming up, and then the video continuing as normal. Any tips or suggestions?

    Well I haven't got Premiere with me but the frame save is right in the regular save menu. It will save the frame that the cursor is on in the timeline.
