Hi all,
I managed to get a copy of Star Wars 2 XVID version the other day. I had to do the usual stuff like use winrar to extract it all which all went fine. The problem I have is that there is no sound on either of the two parts? I have the XVID codec installed as I watched another movie in XVID format on this PC which played with no problems. Just wondering if anyone has some ideas?
cheers
D

Install the Nimo codec pack, you may have an audio codec missing.
These Xvid movies are conversion of originally released movies in DivX or SVCD -
Cheers this worked, I now have sound!
Whilst I am here, can you still convert these XVIDs the same was as I would convert a divx film using TMPEGnc?
Cheers

Glad you got it sorted...
Yes, you treat it like any other DivX... BUT its a crap codec and gives a lot of problems to people.
