Poll: Do you have .avi problems?

  1. my computer is really starting to piss me off, it can play .Mpeg and most other formats but when i try to play an .avi it wont it will say that some kind of error occored, so it just plays the sound and not the visual stuff
    but it plays .mpeg perfect is there any way i can convert .avi into .mpeg?

    Most of the problems are missing codec's. Download and install the Nimo codec pack

  5. Just like mirror_image said: look in the green how to, convert. Try using 'How to convert to VCD(=mpeg) using TMPGenc'.
    Works just fine for the rest of us.
    Also make sure to install all the right codecs for playing avi. It's best that you install the nimo codec pack(found in the red colum under tools, title codecs).
