    After converting a DIVX to VCD using TMPGE,I can open the movie ok in WMP but if I attempt to fast forward or pause...it freezes up.
    This also happens when I use WinDVD,Zoom Player,Elecard Player and others.After I burn it using VCDEASY,when I test the burned CD it does the same thing.
    When I play the VCD in my DVD player it plays fine and I can FF.REW,Pause etc no problem,so its just when I play them on the puter.

    Try the option in TMPGenc under setting .> GOP structure -> output bitstream for editing (closed GOP)

    Thanks Kitty..I just tried that but it just froze up again trying a 30 sec clip using your suggestion.
