  1. I have a movie with the following format:
    Audio: MPEG Layer-3,117 kBit/s, 48,000 Hz, Stereo
    Video: 640 x 352, 24 Bits, 150585 Frames, 23.976 Frames/Sec, 113 KB/Sec, DIVXMPG4 V3

Would someone PLEASE tell me is it VCD OR SVCD - NTSC, PAL, NTSC FILM ??

I know that 23.976 is NTSC film format but lately when i use this option to convert my movies the picture half black/half color or full color then flips to B/W and vice vera through out the movie.

    Thank You,

  2. Your video is a divx. Go to the CONVERT section to the left & there are methods for converting this type of file to VCD, SVCD, etc
Panasonic DMR-ES45VS, keep those discs a burnin'

  3. I did use the CONVERT methods but half the picture is black and white. or it flips from color to BW.

Becuase the HxV setting are different, I don't know if I should use VCD or SVCD?

    Thanks
