I have an Mpeg that is a non-stardard aspect ratio. So, I decided to reconvert it to ntsc (as it was a 29.97 fps) so it would play in my dvd player. the bitrate of the mpeg was actually quite low about 850 so i decided to max out an 80 min cd with a little higher bitrate. so, i made it 985 with adudio of 128 using those stats, that mpeg (it runs for just under 95 minutes) SHOULD fit on a 80 min with 10 megs to spare. but it ended up over 950 megs! WHY?!?! i used the calculator on this site to determine that max size for the file length - what did i do wrong?
