Slow motion in a vcd movie

Hi, i always make safe copys of my dvd's, b4 i transformed the VOB files to AVI files with Flask mpeg.Now i want to transform the VOB files in a format so that i can watch it in my new (tv) DVD player, this will be the VCD format.I made it with Flask to.Everything works fine (i only tried to play the vcd movie on my computer yet), sound is okay, vision could be better but is okay to.The only problem is this:
After a few minutes the movie begins to act in slow motion !? But the sound is working fine and doesnt have ne trouble.The images come in slow motion then they come really fast for a second and then it stops for 1 second, and over and over again...i thought that maybe its a codec error or sumtin...i really dont know how to fix this.

Must be something to do with frame rate. Make sure you use right Template or setting in Flask such as resolution and frame rate to agree with your original Vob or avi files.
