Difficulty with Adaptec Easy CD Creator Deluxe

I am trying to create a VCD using Video CD Creator but get a pop up message that "there are no supported CD recorders available". This software was installed on the computer when I bought it and I've tried updating the Easy CD Creator software but this didn't help. Also for some reason I can't save my video as a data file on a CD-RW (although a CD-R works fine). Any ideas what the problem is and what I can do?

I had the same problem when I bought my DVD+RW burner, so I switched to Nero, no problems now.

Visit the Roxio website, it has a updated drive program, there is also a form you can use to contact Roxio

Is this form available on their website? I updated a few weeks ago like you said and it still doesn't support my burner.

Have you downloaded the writer archive program ?
