hey, i download divz, dvd rips off of the internet, and put them on svcd's. I have a divx rip on my disk right now, and i have tried to encode it twice, with the same results : The audio is terribly out of sync. Firstly, I use Vdub to save the audio as a .wav. Then, I use the NTSCFilm SVCD template, select a source range to encode, set the bitrate a tad lower to make sure it fits on one 80min CD-R(About 40 mins will fit with a bitrate of 2500), and pop in the divx file and the new .wav file. I Press encode and Viola!, crap. The audio is out of sync right from the beginning, and I have no idea how to get it back. There is one easy way, which is not seperate the audio from the divx file, but i have done this before and the audio quality is very lossy. Any suggestions?
