  1. I have the above DVD player and although it plays all VCD's/SVCD's & MP3 dics I burn, it does have the dendancy to make the audio choppy. I have read the forums and this site extensively, and I have even searched the web with no luck on an any info on doing the above (see subject). The codes and other stuff listed in the forum for the the other model (DVD 3000) obvisly dont work on my model, but there is absolutely no help for the '3300D' at all!
Has anyone ever managed to do any of the above on the '3300D'?
Or if anyone has any links that might help, that would be great also.
    Thanks in advance.

  2. i have also had one of these players. They actually only support vcd and not svcd. You will always get the crap audio if the disc is an svcd.
However there is a way around it.

You need to use tmpgenc and rewrite the header of the disc to make it an xvcd. This keeps the svcd quaility and only takes a few minutes to do.

    They will then play fine.

Read around the forum on converting to xvcd .
