MPG files causing error in DVDit

Folks,

I designed a project in DVDIt which plays fine when tested on screen. However when I goto burn it I get the following error: Build Failed: Pic before sequence end (dvderr - 26303).

From reading various post here it seems the header is not correct on these files. What can I do to correct the header on the mpgs I have?

-26303 Pic Before Sequence End usually denotes an unexpected end of file, possibly due to corrupt or incomplete MPEG file. If the MPEG file was edited or truncated by another application it may not have done it correctly. You should recreate that file and import it again.

Ok just got off Sonics site and picked this up. So I can not recreate the file is there a program that will scan the mpg and fix?
