Frame serving with Mpeg-mediator???

Hi, I had My system operating properly(WinXp), I had to format and reinstall everything, before That, I used to frameserv to Tmpgenc using Mpeg mediator, there was an option (video server), at Mpeg mediator. After the reinstalation of OS and Softwares, This option(video server), doesn't appear anymore. When I started the conversion using video server, It generates a file(IPCvideoserver.Ipc,or something like that).
I don't remember what I had installed to enable this, I'd like some help at this point...

Other question, What should I install to make virtual Dub open Vob files??

Ok,I found the solution,the author of Mpeg-mediator helped me out:

He Sayd: "You can download the videoserver plugin at www.videotools.net. It is not part of the MPEG Mediator package."
