You can use AviSynth to have VDub join the videos. Interested?

Use this guide to find the download site and install AviSynth.

    AVISource("d:capcap1.avi")+AVISource("d:capcap2.av i")
Put this script into a wordpad or notepad document. Change the names of the files and their paths to your files and paths. Name the word pad file with a .avs extension.

Once you have AviSynth installed and in your registry, launch Virtual and load the .avs file as you would a normal video. Once the file is loaded same the VDub file as an .avi file.
