Burning multiple mpegs on to vcd with menu

i am trying to put some cartoon episodes on to vcd.I have converted them all to mpeg, and wish to put them onto vcd.The episodes are about 113-114Mb each, and i want to use 800Mb discs putting as many episodes on one disc as possible.I also want to have a DVD Style menu displayed when the disc is played, so if i want to view a certain episode i just have to select the right option and hit play.I have looked over a few of the topics, but am not entirely sure which is the best way to go about the whole process from scratch, so thought i would post a message and hope that someone can guide me thorugh it step by step!!!!!

If you use Nero just enable menus(basic).I recommend Ulead DVD
MovieFactory or VideoStudio.Here's a good link for authoring:

That nero thing really work for your first time menu creation. You can choose one of snapshot in mpeg file to be your menu or you can choose to use Text menu.

Once you used to with menu creation, I suggest you read more post and guide and go with VCDimager to create more complicate and features menu. If you don't know how to write XML code I would suggest all GUI for this heaven-sent software such as, TSCV, VCDeasy.
