    Can anybody help! I created a VCD Photo Album with WinOnCD3.8. Since then my hard drive has failed and I need to recover the photo's. My only source is the VCD Photo Album.

    Any software that can do this ?

    Open the disk and take a look, the last time someone tried this, they could not do anything with the .dat, see if any of them will load into TMPGEnc or Vdub
