I tried to use the PicVideo Codec (in DVD2AVI - SAVE AVI) to 'convert' a movie (set to 19 - Quality Rating) and the movie came out looking good, but when playing the movie it was playing with slowly (looked like it has a low FPS). When the movie was encoding, the FPS changed throughout the process, but does that affect the final AVI file? or just show the speed of the conversion process?
Any suggestions as to what can be done to fix this?
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!
