    I have convert a video to a vcd using TMPG Enc (NTSC-film) with the wave file ripped by VirtualDub and i am trying to make menus with Ulead Dvd Movie Factory. But when i try to load the mpeg i get an error: the video is not a vcd... Can someone help me ???

    It seems that this program doesn't support the NTSC-film i encode with TMPGEnc. I've made a couple of try and it works fine when i try with a NTSC VCD...
