audio problems TMPGEnc

Please help , i am getting error on audio in TMPGEnc , can not open or unsupported , using Smartripper , Dvd2avi

what is the name of the audio file you are trying to load?

What Settings did you use in DVD2AVI and smartripper?

thanks for reply , first i use Smartripper the settings are key check every vob file , file splitting every vob file and vob file access auto options are unlock drive , copy ifo file ,create info file, onto DVD2AVI audio demux all tracks , TMPGEnc the audio file is - battle AC3 T01 2_0ch 224Kbps DELAY 103ms.ac3 , when loading video no problem , audio cannot open or unsupported, this has worked many times ,i have updated all software , i used headac3e to convert ac3-wav this worked but would prefer to use TMPGEnc
