Have Bin, no Cue, how can I convert to mpg?

I have 3 SVCD *.bin files, but can't get the cue files.
1)How can I convert the Bin's to mpg's or
2)How can I create the cue, to then burn the movie.

use vcd gear 2.0 with the gui and just open the bin file.....or just make a cue...i forget the stuff that u have to put in notepad and save as a cue.....just get vcd gear 2.0 with the gui and open the bin and convert away
