Hi,
Do you know if this player (SAMSUNG DVD V1000) supports PAL VCD's?
I know that it plays VCD's and SVCD's but I'm not sure if the PAL format for VCD's is supported.

Basically, I want to purchase some VCD's from several stores on the web. Mostly (if not them all) are in PAL format.
Check this site (they say that the VCDs are in PAL format) : www.allvcd.com

Of course I alreay called to Samsung customer support, they didn't know what a VCD is (even though the box of the DVD player says that it supports VCD's).

So, anyone out there that has purchased VCD's on the web and used them on this player?
