Its safe to ASSume that he's using XP, Note his CPU w/ P4 !!
else, w2k -
Their "computer details" indicate W2K.
As Churchill famously predicted when Chamberlain returned from Munich proclaiming peace in his time: "You were given the choice between war and dishonor. You chose dishonor, and you will have war." -
whats up man? if you're running XP than trying going to RUN: Msconfig
go to the STARTUP tab and uncheck all the unnecessary things that don't need to load. If you don't know what not to load then go to google and do a search. Then, after thats done, go to RUN: Services.msc
Unload all services that don't need to run, including IMAPI CD Burning. Once again, if you're unsure what services don't need to be run at startup try searching a google. This all will also make your computer run much faster. Apologies if you've already done all this already, it is unclear what you have and haven't done. Oh yea, make sure your jumpers are set correctly on the back of your HDD, DVD-ROM, etc. Re-install ForceASPI from doom9.org. Theres a nice little program called enditall I believe. It'll shut down anything running, or something like that. you can always try that. Oh yea, and try using another ripper, later -
one other thing, while you should do your tweak your startup and services menu, you should first try updating the firmware for your DVD-Rom. that usually takes care of it

Thanks guys.
I fixed my problem. I use Windows2000.
My bios was set for DMA, but I had to set it to DMA in my device manager.
Thanks Everyone!!
