    Hope someone can help me out with this one. Have a Divx with AC3 sound I`ve split the Video and the AC3 Audio a part using Virtual dub.
    The problem is that the AC3 file jumps plays with a stutter. This also happens if I import into SpruceUp using the mpa method. Any ideas on were I`ve gone wrong ?

    What about converting the ac3 file to wav using headac3he

    - Virtualdub load avi
    - In VDub select direct stream copy
    - rename the .wav file to .ac3
    - convert to .wav with headac3he

    Thanks for that and I`ve done that in the past but I really wanted to keep the AC3 file.

    Use the program ac3fix and that should fix your problem.
