First sorry for my english....I'm just learning

I just bought the player above.
Do someone know if exist any patch via remote control making it region free?
If yes do you think will it work with RCE protection movies?

In most cases, Sony players have to be MODed, and then will accept certain remote codes to disable prohibited functions, region coding, etc. However, I couldn't find any information in a quick google.com search. I'm sure there's SOMEthing out there.

You may be better off picking up a different player. I grabbed an Apex 1100W (older model) for $80 and simply had to upload firmware to disable region coding.

Lots more info available at www.nerd-out.com in the forums about Apex players. Also, BTW: hacked players are usually not affected by RCE. They play EVERYTHING, which is funny because "true" region-free players have a lot of trouble with RCE (I'm told).
