Gidday all,
Do anyone out there know how to convert a Karaoke DVD to VCD. I have tried the normal way but I can't seem to turn off the voice thats singing when I played it on my DVD Player.

When running DVD2AVI, make sure you select a different audio track (music only). This way you will end up with VCD that has music without vocal.
I like to make VCD with vocal on/off but don't know how yet.

Hi everybody im new here and i saw your post and wanted to help
Awhile ago I had the same problem but now I figured out how to make a l/r audio channel in one vcd so you can switch between vocals/music during karaoke playback.
To do this first you must use DVD2AVI and get the audio tracks with vocal/music and the other track with the music only.
Then use a wav. editor to turn the two audio tracks into mono
After that is all done use Cool Edit or something similar to join the two mono tracks into one stereo track by putting one track in the left channel and the other track in the right channel and then save your new stero wav file and use Tmpgenc to convert ur dvd and on the player just you can now change the left/right channels
I hope this help, let me know if everything goes well
