    can you frameserve an mpeg and if so what program would i use, by the way its mpeg2

    mabye im using the wrong term i want to resize it because i encoded it to 720 by 240 or something and when i play it in my dvd it only plays at the top of the tv

    decode back to avi. resize. reencode back to mpeg2.

    Why not just reencode without going back to AVI?
