I have seen the option for changing the number of chapters but not the timecode, etc.
I have transcoded LOTR using CCE and authored with Spruce but I am using the ripped oiginal IFOs and VTS_01_0.vob to retain the menu selection but I can't seem to edit the chapters for the scene selection to get them to work correctly with the new VOBS. There are 41 chapters in the movie but only 29 are accessible during playback and chapters 25 to 29 seem to be chapters 37-41.
I know this method is a bit of a fudge but it is great to have the quality of CCE and maintain the original menus. I would appreciate advice on this.
Thanks.

Check doom9.org they have a forum on IFO Edit. I have this same issue with IFO Edit, supposedly their is a fix for it, the thread...IfoEdit 0.93 (available tonight 23:00 GMT+1) (more editing cap. added) in that section deals with that question.
Hope this helps, I am still working on it also, if you figure it out let us know,
Thanks
