how to change regions??

sorry my english!
i have pionner a03 in my dell computer,i make my dvd with dazzle dvd complete (only it work fine), but i will move to brazil and don't know the region # there and how to change my system to burn dvd to play in Brazil? thank so much for advice!

Your ao3 will change it's self if you play dvd from that region
I think. If not there is softwear that can do it.

To change region go to :
- Control Panel
- Administrative Tools
- Computer Management
- Device Manager
- CD Rom
- Right Click on your DVD R
- Select Properties
- The Menu Proposes you a DVD Region section with a list of code per country. Brazil is 4.
Be careful though, you can only change your region code 4 times.

By default, DVD complete doesn't include region protection. Unless you specifically set it to a region, the DVD that you make will be region free. You will have to encode it to PAL mpeg-2 as Brazil uses PAL (and not NTSC).

Incidentally, I believe that you can buy a converter to play both NTSC and PAL-M videos if you need one.

Otherwise you can make your DVD-ROM player on your computer region free by changing its firmware to a region free one (there is some risk to your drive in doing this) and installing the Region Killer freeware program. This would allow you to play DVDs from any region on your computer.

Another alternative is to buy an Apex DVD player. Some of their DVD-Video players can play DVDs from any region with a mod chip or modified firmware. I am guessing that the Apex plays PAL-M as it will play just about anything you give it. The Apex uses technology similar to a DVD-ROM player.
