ffmpegX0.03c starting problem?

Hi, when I try to encode a DIVX to VCD or anything else I get this messages and nothing happens... I also tried the quick presets.

P.S.
this is the first time I use ffmpeg.

In Unix you should not use character like ( ) ' [ ] { } in filenames.
